Do you want to help give our travelers a great start to their journey? Trossö Buss is now looking for a service-oriented and dedicated travel salesperson to join our team in Karlskrona. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, package exciting trips that match their wishes, and contribute to a positive travel experience – every day.

About the role

As a travel salesperson, you are an important part of our customer service. You will meet travelers in our customer channels and assist them with:

• Booking and planning of trips
• Calculating, sending out, and following up on quotes.
• Information about schedules, prices, and travel options
• Service in our customer environments on-site
• Administrative tasks related to sales and customer inquiries

You will work in a team where collaboration, care, and customer focus are central.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact
• Is solution-oriented and communicative
• Has a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
• Likes to work in a sometimes fast-paced environment
• Has good computer skills and preferably experience in sales or customer service
• Is driven by selling with a focus on building relationships where customer experience and relationships are key

Previous experience in the travel or public transport industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
